The 1st XV game at Colchester 2s will kick off  at 16.00 on the 4G after the conclusion of the Colchester 1st XV game as the grass pitches have been decreed unfit for play.

We are excited to announce the senior coaching team for this season will be Matt Selby and Lee Parry.

Matt has been coaching at Norwich for several years and Lee makes a very welcome return, having coached here from 2018 to 2020.

He took on a different role within the RFU development structure during COVID as well as coaching the GB Wheelchair Rugby Talent Team. A former Coventry player that played in several positions across the back line, he brings vast experience back to the club, to develop our exciting young squad of players.

His role within the RFU includes mentoring and assessing coaches that are on the Advanced Coaching Award. They will be assisted by Jonny Payne and recently retired Norwich stalwart Theo Elliott who starts his coaching journey.

Richard Bailey will be the strength and conditioning coach (more to follow on the full coaching set up).
