Welcome to the Minis Section at NRFC

Looking for a fun, active and welcoming environment for your child? Our Mini Section is the perfect place to start.

We run Sunday morning sessions (10:00am–11:00am, September to April) for boys and girls aged Under 6 to Under 12. No previous rugby experience is needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to have a go.

At Norwich, our focus is simple: enjoyment first. Through rugby, children build confidence, learn new skills, and make lasting friendships, all within a safe and supportive environment led by trained DBS-checked coaches.

We’re proud of our strong grassroots pathway, but success for us means children leaving with a smile and wanting to come back next week.
