Welcome to the Norwich Junior Academy for Under 16 players (School Years 11). 

Our team is coached by a dedicated team led by Tongan ex-international Dave Tiueti, bringing a wealth of high-level experience and a passion for player development. Our drive is to elevate the standard of every individual in our squad and create a seamless pathway to colts rugby and into our senior teams.

Whether you're an experienced player or completely new to the sport, you are welcome here. We pride ourselves on creating a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment where every player can learn, grow, and be part of a tight-knit team.

Having disbanded at U11s this age group was restarted at U13s and now has a competitive team up and running once again. We now have a squad of around 22 active players which is a fantastic achievement given where we were 18 months ago.

The Junior Boys Academy (U16s) train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 7-8.30pm and we always welcome new players of all abilities. Matches are played on Sunday mornings.
